Who We Are

HireLab AB was founded by Edward Agyemang Osei and Samuel Donkor — two professionals with deep experience in recruitment, international workforce coordination, and the Swedish traineeship system.

Having worked directly with both employers and international candidates, our founders understood a simple truth: the existing system wasn't working well for either side. Employers struggled to find reliable workers. Candidates struggled to navigate a complex process.

HireLab was built to fix that — by creating a structured, transparent, and efficient bridge between motivated workers and the businesses that need them.
